”Tapai Gambut”
            Tapai Gambut is a special food from South Kalimantan. The tasted of this food is very sweet and sometimes watery. Like the other tapai, which is shaped a round and the color is green. But it is smaller than the other. The sweet taste is product by the fermentation for 3 days. We need some material to make it, there are Glutinous rice, water, yeast, and food coloring. But the people at there usually using nature coloring food, they used powder\water of Katu’s leaf.  This food wrapped by Banana’s leaf but sometimes it also wrapped by plastic . "The conclusion, Tapai Gambut is a popular food that has special taste from Palangka Raya."

-        Watery : containing water
-        Fermentation : a metabolic process that converts sugar to acid, gases or alcohol.
-        Yeast : fungus used in making beer wine, or bride rise.
-        Katu : a plant production produce green color
